Our Financial Policy
Payment
We accept cash, credit cards, CareCredit, Lending Club and Medical Spending Accounts.
Insurance
As a courtesy to our patients, we are happy to file your insurance for you. To do so, you must provide us with accurate and updated information at your visit. We currently accept all the following insurance carriers:
- MetLife PPO
- Sun Life Financial PPO (DHA)
- Aetna PPO (DHA)
- United Concordia PPO (DHA)
- Cigna PPO
- Delta PPO and Premier
- Guardian PPO
- Humana PPO

We offer our Kleer In-Office Membership Plan to make dental care affordable for everyone.
